Ribbon Blender

The Ribbon Mixer is a versatile and efficient horizontal blending machine, ideal for uniform mixing of dry powders, granules, and low-viscosity semi-wet materials. It features a U-shaped horizontal vessel, a precision ribbon agitator, and a robust drive system to ensure optimal mixing performance.

The double helical ribbon agitator is designed to move material both radially and laterally. The outer ribbon transports material inward, while the inner ribbon pushes it outward, resulting in a homogeneous and rapid mix. Various ribbon blade designs are available to accommodate powders and semi-wet materials of different densities and properties.

Post-Mixing Discharge

• Material can be discharged through a central or side discharge valve, based on process requirements.
• Designed for quick and clean discharge to ensure minimal residue and faster batch turnover.
