About SIGMA MIXER 1200 LTRS

The 1200 L Sigma Mixer is specially designed to mix, knead, crush, disperse, grind, and dry high-viscosity pastes that cannot be processed by conventional powder mixers or liquid blenders.

It is a highly versatile machine widely used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries, known for its ability to provide uniform mixing, efficient kneading, and dead-corner-free operation.

Working Principle

Material is rubbed, pushed, folded, and pressed between the blades and container walls.
The mass cycles continuously from one end of the impeller to the other.
Two tangent mixing blades, rotating at different speeds, ensure thorough kneading.
The container can be tilted for discharge by a manual or motorised mechanism.

Construction Features

Contact Parts: Made of Stainless Steel (SS 304 / SS 316) for maintaining product quality.
Jacketed Design: Suitable for heating or cooling applications.
Vacuum Design (Optional): Can be supplied with sight glass and light glass for process monitoring.
