The 750 L Sigma Mixer is designed to mix, knead, crush, disperse, grind, and dry high-viscosity pastes that cannot be processed by conventional powder mixers or liquid blenders.

It is a vital machine in chemical and allied industries, offering uniform stirring, efficient kneading, and operation without dead corners.

Working Principle

• The material is rubbed, pushed, folded, and pressed between the blades and container wall.
• The mass cycles continuously from one end of the impeller to the other.
• Two mixing blades, set tangent to each other, rotate at different speeds to ensure thorough kneading.
• The container can be tilted for discharge using a manual wheel with wormpinion mechanism.

Construction Features

• Contact Parts: Made of Stainless Steel (SS 304 / SS 316) to maintain product quality.
• Jacketed Design: Provided for heating or cooling applications.
• Vacuum Design (Optional): Can be manufactured for vacuum operation with sight glass and light glass for process monitoring.
