Working Principle
The high-speed disperser operates by rotating a dispersion disc at high velocity, causing the material to flow in an annular pattern. This motion generates a strong vortex that draws the material downward in a spiral to the bottom of the container. As particles collide within the vortex, intense shear forces, impact, and friction are produced, resulting in rapid dispersion, emulsification, and dissolution of materials.
A PTFE scraper, rotating along the inner wall of the mixing barrel, continuously scrapes off any material adhering to the sides. This not only prevents build-up on the barrel walls but also enhances material circulation for improved mixing efficiency.
The vertical movement of the disperser is driven by a hydraulic pump that powers a hydraulic plunger, raising or lowering the entire transmission assembly, dispersing shaft, and sealing cover. During operation, the system ensures a complete seal between the cover and the mixing vessel, allowing for vacuum dispersion when connected to a vacuum systemideal for eliminating air bubbles and improving product quality.
