Vibro Sifter

Working Principle

The Vibro Sifter operates on vibratory motion generated by a specially designed motor with eccentric weights at both the top and bottom of the motor shaft:

• Top eccentric weight: Rotates on a plane near the center of the motor assembly, creating horizontal vibration. This vibration moves the material across the screen towards the periphery, increasing the throw and facilitating faster discharge of oversize material.
• Bottom eccentric weight: Rotates below the center of the motor plate, creating a tilt in the screen and inducing vertical and tangential vibration. This motion enhances the turnover of material on the screen surface, promoting effective separation and allowing maximum undersized material to pass through the mesh.
• Rugged springs mounted on the motor base amplify the vibrations, ensuring consistent performance.
