The 1200 L Sigma Mixer is specially designed to mix, knead, crush, disperse, grind, and dry high-viscosity pastes that cannot be processed by conventional powder mixers or liquid blenders.

It is a highly versatile machine widely used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries, known for its ability to provide uniform mixing, efficient kneading, and dead-corner-free operation.

Working Principle

• Material is rubbed, pushed, folded, and pressed between the blades and container walls.
• The mass cycles continuously from one end of the impeller to the other.
• Two tangent mixing blades, rotating at different speeds, ensure thorough kneading.
• The container can be tilted for discharge by a manual or motorised mechanism.

Construction Features

• Contact Parts: Made of Stainless Steel (SS 304 / SS 316) for maintaining product quality.
• Jacketed Design: Suitable for heating or cooling applications.
• Vacuum Design (Optional): Can be supplied with sight glass and light glass for process monitoring.
